Fred Lowder |
A
commitment to helping people discover who
they really are and embrace their greatest
potential is at the very core of Fred Lowder’s
mission in life. Since beginning this work
with Dr. Phil McGraw more than two decades
ago, Fred has seen more than 20,000 lives
impacted by going though these life-fulfilling
programs.
As a businessman, Fred has used the very truths
found in Discovery!
to build a history of success. He developed,
owned and operated several very profitable
chains of retail stores throughout several
states with the largest consisting of sixty-six
locations. He was a founding member and past
president of the National Association of Convenience
Stores, representing more than 300,000 units
throughout the world. He has also served as
president of the Texas Retail Grocers Association.
Fred is very involved in his church and his
community, serving as past president of the
Northwest Texas Council of Boy Scouts of America.
He has been active in the scouting movement
at the local, regional and national levels
for more than thirty-five years. He has worked
with numerous organizations including the
Wichita Falls Symphony, where he served as
president of its board of directors.
Fred Lowder brings his history of experience
and success to helping people discover who
they really are, where they want to go and
most of all, how to get there!
Fred is married and has two sons and two grandchildren.

Brett
Stalcup co-founded Discovery!
because of his commitment to helping others
make positive lifelong changes. Sponsoring
hundreds of people through the Discovery! program, Brett’s passion for helping
individuals make tough choices has long been
a driving force in his life.
A graduate magna cum laude with a degree in
Finance and Law from Texas Tech University,
Brett gained exceptional experience as a trial
lawyer in Dallas as both a misdemeanor and
felony prosecutor for the Dallas District
Attorney. He left the District Attorneys office
in 1987 to enter private practice where he
successfully litigates cases in the areas
of civil, criminal and family law.
Brett’s
dedication to the service of others is a
gift he experiences every day both in his
law practice and his ongoing interaction
with people in crisis. He founded the Coach
Charlie Stalcup Foundation in honor of his
brother who fought a courageous battle with
cancer. The foundation is a living memorial
to Coach Charlie by helping families touched
with the devastation of this disease find
hope when traditional means of support is
unavailable.
Brett
is married and has two children. He is active
in his church and his community and continually
discovers new ways to live his life mission
and to be of service to others. |
