Eric C. Willer - Vice President
Regional Vice President, Fusion Analytics Investment Partners
Eric is a native of Dallas. After receiving a BBA at the University of Texas in Austin, he began his 20 plus year investment career at a bank in Helsinki, Finland, investing the bank’s capital in international stocks. After Finland, Eric worked as a financial advisor until returning for his MBA in investments at the University of Texas so he could focus more on the research side of the business. He worked as director of research for a Dallas investment firm for a number of years, and currently is building a wealth management business as a financial advisor for individuals, and the manager of the Dallas office, for Fusion Analytics Investment Partners.
Eric and his wife of 11 years, Linda, live in Dallas and enjoy raising their 5 year old daughter Sky, whom they adopted from China as an infant. Linda is an accomplished interior designer who has put her career on hold to raise Sky full time. Eric is active in his church, and enjoys spending his free time with his family.
Eric attended Discovery after being sponsored by his wife in 2004, and started as a TA soon after he finished the program. The program helped him to overcome his fears and to focus on what is truly important in life. It changed his life and the lives of many family members, and Discovery became an extended family.
He has a passion for teaching and inspiring people, and found Discovery to be a great outlet for that passion.

James Foster - Treasurer
President, Hospitality First
James was born, raised and is still calling Wichita Falls, Texas home. After high school he headed south to College Station where he met Caren, his wife of 36 years. They both walked the stage together at Texas A&M University and were married a week later. Returning to his roots, he worked in the family cattle business along with beginning what has become a 35 year career in the custom home building business. As if that wasn’t enough, in the early 90’s he decided to dive into the hotel business developing, building and operating a number of limited service and all suite hotels.
James and Caren have two daughters, Alora and Erin. Both are married and between the two of them James has a total of five grandsons and one granddaughter.
Active in his church, James focuses on small group facilitating both with men and with couples.
Erin, the youngest daughter, sponsored her dad to attend Discovery! The very first weekend his experience at Discovery “woke him up”. For James, the overall Discovery experience is a tool that he has used by “living the training” every day since January 2010. That change in James’ path has made a huge and very positive difference in his relationships at home, church, work and everywhere. Truly, Discovery is one of the top 10 markers in James’ life journey. He loves Discovery! As a result of his own experience, James has made the trip each month to Dallas driving and sponsoring friends, relatives and employees to Discovery!
